Hong Kong-born and shaped by two decades in California, KYA is a DJ and producer whose sets move between driving techno and percussion-led Afro-Latin house. With a performing-arts background spanning classical piano, dance, vocals and theatre, she approaches the booth with both musicality and physical presence. Her sets build through hypnotic repetition, deep basslines, cinematic tension and global rhythm, designed to carry a room rather than simply move through tracks. KYA has performed across Mexico, Japan, Hong Kong, Canada, and the United States, from rooftop sessions and beach venues to underground clubs, desert gatherings, and Burning Man 
art cars. Now based between Hong Kong, San Francisco, and Toronto, KYA is developing original music while expanding her international bookings.
