Hello!! I’m Paul, and I go by pølano!! Around three years ago, I completely fell in love with electronic music, and it genuinely took over (in the best way 😛) I started around a year and a half ago with ddj 200’s and soon realized that this wasn’t my average hobby—it was something I needed to pursue, I saved up bought XDJ AZ’s and have been posting content and streaming boiler rooms almost daily for this last year following my journey (recently js hit one year with my board!). It has been an ever growing passion of mine to foster a community that not only loves the music but everything else that comes with. Behind the decks, my focus is executing technical yet seamless transitions while keeping the energy relentlessly high from start to finish. I thrive on hybrid blending any of the harder genres such as trap, techno, dubstep, bass, and even some riddim. My goal is to keep the crowd at a constantly guessing while keeping the bass face the entire time 😇 I take a lot of inspiration from the way artists like Skrillex and Hamdi bend genres and mash completely different styles together in a way that just drops perfect. I listen to almost every genre and stay searching for new music and artists every second I have free, just so I can always have new transitions and ideas to show off! I’d love an opportunity to step up and finally put my practice to use 🫶 Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my journey and bio 🙃
