WET PANTHER

Over the last 12 years as a DJ and producer, WET PANTHER got his start lighting up dance floors at renegade shows deep in the forest, on mountaintops and beaches up and down the coast of California. Now based in Santa Cruz, he’s played festival gigs at EDC Las Vegas, Lucidity, Burning Man and Full Bloom and has opened up shows for Gramatik, Kraddy and Baauer under a previous alias. He’s also recently headlined Cathartica, a bass-forward freeform dance event at Sweet’s Ballroom in Oakland. Blending bold, booty shaking basslines with high energy emotional moments, a WET PANTHER set consists of a few juicy ingredients: ratchet stank faces, ethereal undertones and a sprinkle of tasteful, singalong earworms. In his sets you can expect to hear a range of bass, dubstep, UKG, grime, DnB, and intimately curated rap and pop vocal edits that bridge the gap between today's hype IDs and yesterday's classics. Inspired by the likes of Hamdi, Mr. Carmack, Four Tet and Ivy Lab - WET PANTHER brings the head banging, hip swinging, twerk-inducing selections that rope in the newbies, respect the heads, and keep the dancefloor sweaty. He also founded Lost + Found, a bass-driven, inclusive dance event which aims to create a safe space for self expression by building community and protecting our dance floors. Past artists have included: El Papachango, Ratchaelbeats and CocoaCrescendo. In 2026, Lost + Found are expanding beyond the Bay Area and planning shows in SLC, NYC and Oakland.
